Is Direct Primary Care membership the same as medical insurance?

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is not insurance, but a way to get unlimited, high-quality, primary care without the red tape, whether you have medical insurance or not.

Can I use my insurance if I have it?

Yes! While we don’t bill insurance for our direct services, you're welcome to use it for labs, imaging, prescriptions, or specialist visits outside our clinic.

Do you take walk-ins?

Not in the traditional way—but you likely won’t need to walk in.
With same- or next-day scheduling and direct access to your provider, help is just a message or call away.

What about labs, imaging, or hospital care?

We’ll help you get what you need—often at lower cash prices than standard insurance copays.
If hospitalization is necessary, we can coordinate with hospital physicians to support your care.

Can I join if I have Medicare?

Absolutely!
You’ll just sign a one-time form confirming that neither you nor your provider will bill Medicare for services covered under your membership.
Your Medicare can still be used for things like labs, imaging, medications, or care outside our clinic.

What if I don’t go to the doctor very often?

DPC isn’t just for when you’re sick—it’s about staying well.
You’ll have peace of mind knowing your provider is here when you need support, answers, or guidance—plus proactive care to help you stay ahead of potential issues.

Do you see kids under 6?

We love caring for kids!
While we welcome children of any age for sick visits, we encourage families with little ones under 6 to also stay connected to a pediatrician for well-child care, development tracking, and vaccinations.

What if I need to cancel my membership?

No problem. Your membership renews monthly, and you can cancel any time —no long-term contracts, no hassles.
